Tameside Primary School

Tameside Primary School

Be the best that you can be!

School Uniform

From 1st October, the school’s colours are black and gold.  When the new uniform is available we ask that you please send your children to school in the correct uniform. The new uniform will be available from November 2018, so, until this time, children can wear either black cardigan/jumpers or their Tameside Primary School burgundy cardigan/jumpers.

Your child/rens complimentary cardigan/jumper and tie (for Key Stage 2 children) will be given out in school.  If you want additional uniform you will need to visit Clemmy's in Darlaston after this date.

Comfortable, easy to change clothes will be most beneficial in helping your child access the variety of activities they will take part in during the school day.

Jewellery

We advise against jewellery being worn in school.  However, if a child has pierced ears then plain studs should be worn, and not hoops.  Earrings/jewellery must be removed before PE or swimming by the child or parent or carer.

Please check with your child’s class teacher so that you know when they will be taking part in swimming or PE days.

Children may also wear a watch in school.
